About Us

Mission Statement

SAFEKIDS, INC is a non-profit organization founded
April 2005 to "Empower the Children" and promote child
safety. Through community, law enforcement, schools
and parental involvement we can prevent and eliminate
violence against children in our community. With the
help of our education programs and extensive training
we enable every child to learn the basic techniques of
mental and physical self-defense as well as self
confidence and the ability to avoid harmful situations.
Each child has a voice and SAFEKIDS, INC feels EVERY
voice should be heard.

SAFEKIDS, INC consists of volunteers, instructors, and
board members all of which are highly trained in their
areas of expertise. Child safety is the top priority of
SAFEKIDS, INC; therefore, all instructors, volunteers,
and board members must fully complete and pass an
extensive criminal background investigation before
being accepted into SAFEKIDS, INC.

SAFEKIDS, INC is a rewarding, yet challenging way to
do our part in the community to eliminate
abuse/neglect and exploitation of children as well as
teach parents and children the basic knowledge to
have a positive and safe lifestyle through a positive
reinforcement.

The mission of SAFEKIDS, INC is to offer
a diversified scope of services in child
safety, dedicated to prevent and/or
eliminate violence against children, and
focus on safety issues for children
through education, and training of both
mental and physical defense of
themselves.
